We’re confident you’ll adore it! However, if it doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it for a full refund or exchange it for any other Design Star Art product. Returns or exchanges are not available for personalised or engraved products, as these items are custom-made.

Kindly note that returns can only be processed if the item remains in its original packaging and is in a condition appropriate for resale.

Kindly be aware that you have the option to cancel your orders within a window of 24-48 hours prior to dispatch. We usually process and ship orders within 24 hours, so we encourage you to reach out to us promptly for any cancellation requests.
